InLei® STOPPER – The new ally for locking lashes during the Lash Filler treatment
There finally comes a tool that has been studied and perfected over a long period of time, the result of ideas, experiences and tests shared by professionals in the sector. A small and lightweight accessory, but of enormous value for optimising lamination treatment: InLei® Stopper!
The name is inspired by the actual concept of its use: “Stop every lash!” – Over time, during the development that began in 2023, the name naturally evolved into STOPPER, but its meaning remained powerful and consistent. In the InLei® tradition, we are not satisfied with generic names such as “applicators” or “multifunctional tools” - our products have iconic, recognisable and functional identities: Helper, Fillering, Stopper.
Design and features
Also in this project, our iconic “S” (which forms our pattern) also called a wave or “little fish” played a key role in the design. The small S “moustaches” on the sides ensure a precise and practical grip. After numerous tested versions, we defined a final shape that is functional, comfortable and highly professional.
Several versions of Stopper during the development.
One side is perforated to:
- minimise movement of the underlying solution;
- avoid the greenhouse effect, which could affect product performance.
The other side, which is narrower, adapts perfectly to the root line, ensuring correct positioning thanks to the transparency of the strip, which allows immediate visual alignment.
The inner part, more adhesive and glossy, has a half-moon shape: it perfectly embraces the lashes already positioned on the shield, following the curl pre-set by the shield without changing it. The outer, satin-finished part , ensures a firm grip, both with fingers and tweezers.
The most important factor of this professional eyelash laminating tool - the Lash Stopper - is its ability to help you achieving an even distribution at the root of the lashes.
It creates an even base, the lashes are arranged in a linear manner and aligned along the natural direction of growth smoothly.
No more messy “chequered” roots, but a precise and compact base.
As often happens: a simple tool leads to an overwhelming difference in the final result! It ensures a uniform effect, like a soft, perfectly designed wave... With the precision that only a true lamimaker can achieve!
Versatility of use: choose the most suitable side
InLei® Stopper can be used on both sides, adapting to different treatment requirements:
- Side with small holes towards the roots: ideal during the second solution (InLei® Lash Fix 2), when there is no fear of product displacement. This position leaves the area near the eye free, thus favouring evaporation and reducing the risk of obstruction.
- Solid side towards the roots: perfect when the lashes are very stubborn or spiky and tend to detach. In this case, it is recommended to use it also during the first solution (InLei® Lash Form 1), applying it from the bottom to the top to avoid pulling the product too close to the root.
Stopper's flexibility of use allows the lash artist to adapt precisely to each hair type and treatment step.
What's in the package
The InLei® Stopper package is compact, protective and ergonomic: it stores the strips in a tidy and hygienic manner. Inside you will find two pairs of strips:
1) Semi-clear InLei green Stopper
- Extra soft, 30± Shore density
- Imperceptible to the customer
- Ideal during step 1 (InLei® Lash Form 1)* and step 2 (InLei® Lash Fix 2) of the Lash Filler treatment
- The transparent surface allows visual monitoring of product distribution
* Yes, we know that the Stopper is fundamental especially during the application of the second solution, when the lashes are actually locked in the desired position and start to be fixed in their new curl. But we also know that many professionals prefer to use it even in the earlier stages, to keep the hair in place and under control right from the very beginning of the treatment!
2) Black Stopper
- Slightly harder, about +5 Shore compared to the clear one;
- Ideal during the eyelash tinting step it provides greater adherence and stability precisely when the lashes tend to detach from the shield mostly because of contact with the tint;
- The black colour does not stain easily and maintains a clean and professional appearance all the time.
